We were honoured that for our celebration of Ascension, Bishop Gordon Bates was able to come and preach and preside at the Eucharist for us.  We were joined by our Sisters from St Oswald's Pastoral Centre and the guests who were resident with them, for both the Eucharist and then a talk dinner.

Over the weekend, we had Archbishop Daniel Sarfo, Primate of West Africa, stay with us for a night.  At the same time, a group from the parish of St John's, Pemberton, were staying in the Sneaton Castle Centre.  This was of great delight to all, as the people of St John's have supported the work of OHP in Ghana for a very long time.  Sisters Dorothy Stella and Carole gave a presentation to them about the history of OHP and the work we have done.
